From beyond the blue horizon, one man returns to his island home to reminisce on the banks of the now saltwater bayou.

This story is a tribute to the Isle de Jean Charles Band of Biloxi-Chitimacha-Choctaw Indians who struggle with the extreme coastal erosion of Louisiana and the painful decisions they have had to make.
